ASCII.dll and Extras.dll

Description

OK, this is the fourth time I try to upload it! So here goes:The ASCII.dll for DIV1 has been rewritten and a lot of bugs have been fixed. Also a lot of new commands have been added. So this one is a MUST-HAVE!The Extras.dll are a collection of all kinds of commands for DIV1, namely the ones I've missed (like cheats, reading PC-clock, reading screensize, etc.).As a bonus, the DIV helpfile is updated, including a full description of ALL new commands in the ASCII.dll and Extras.dll.
