well it was allready finished but I had trouble with the uploading.First time uploaded and then the wrong version.Then I sended it to mike but It didn't came with the next wips.Oh well could wait to upload it now.Well it still has one bug but if your reading the readme you'll understand what I mean.For the rest it's a fully working editor with nice gfx tiles + source code :).Have Fun!
