IDE Fails to respond
I get one window that is blank and one that has two dialog boxes asking for username and company, but nothing responds. I am using the Windows version
on an Insider build of Windows 10.
Update: Beta 13 does this but the Dec 1 nightly build allows me to continue.

Beta 13 had some issues which we fixed in a nightly, there was a discussion on the forum about it.
Generally it's always "better" to use the nightly builds but of course this isn't always strictly true as sometimes ee get unexpected bugs.

Mike, maybe, you should update DIV to Beta14 with the latest nightly code und fixes.

I agree. Beta 13 has many issues which have been fixed
