Holy moley goal bazinga! France netted goals from almost every opportunity as Argentina's defense was helpless against France's counter-attacks.
Mbappe has some serious speed every defense line should be afraid of. Very afraid of. It should be noted that while the counter-attacks worked
tremendously for France, their normal attack was pretty non-existent. Like in group stage.
Uruguay played a strong defense line and Portugal was pretty clueless during the first half how to break it, and actually only in the last 10 minutes
Portugal managed to turn that possession/attack into something other than very poor long shots.
I can't see this many goals in their next game between each other. I'd like to see France proceed because Uruguay is more defense oriented, but
fearing the worst.

Agreed Duhr, Denmark could make this a very difficult game. They play such a mature football, i.e. very few mistakes and just wait for their
opportunity. I fear that even if Croatia gets an early goal, Denmark will play the full 90 minutes just as if they were leading. Suppose you could say
the match is all down to Croatia. And then Denmark wins :s

Ahahaha Spain didn't actually score a single goal in that match since it was an own goal, despite nearly 80% possession and around 1000 completed
passes. They completely deserve to be out; heil Mother Russia! Sorry DIV, Daniel and rest of you heblados but it's true :|
Naturally both goals happen in the first 4 minutes when you miss the first 7 minutes. It really wasn't a very good match for Croatia, which on the
other hand is just repeat history since they have a tendency to bottle it in the knock-out stage. I don't know if it was just Denmark's excellence but
Croatia's middlefield was a mess for most of the game.
Almost feels like I should drop them from my B-list, but then again, they did sport a convincing group stage form. And they're almost surely in the
top 4 since what chances does Russia seriously have? Spain being genuinely pretty dreadful throughout the whole tournament is the only reason why
Russia is here. And Putin.

Not sure what mistake I made iWizard. I think I just write down a theory and possible score, then think... "nah! this can't be right" and change the
prediction. Of course, the original one becomes the truth! I guess this applies to many of you though.

Not sure what to think of either Brazil or Mexico. Brazil looked stronger than Mexico, but it wasn't able to beat Switzerland. Mexico won against
Germany but hahaha Germany! 
Still have high hopes for Belgium, but they might be ill-founded because I support them (only) because The Netherlands didn't even make it to the
tournament.
