Hola!!!, tanto tiempo, quisiera saber cuales son las reglas para publicar juegos con librerías dinámicas propias o compartir librerías dinámicas
en el foro.

Actualmente no existen reglas para la creacion de librerias para DIV, excepto aquellas que puedes encontrar en el txt de referencia.
Simplemente intenta escribir DLL siguiendo aquellas indicaciones y evitando de introducir cualquier tipo de codigo malicioso que pueda ser detectado
como tal por un antivirus o que pueda compromitir el funcionamento software o hardware de la maquina.

Currently there are no defined rules for building libraries for DIVs, except those found in the reference txt.
Simply try to write DLLs following those indications and avoiding to introduce any type of malicious code that can be recognized as harmful by an
antivirus or whose operation may in some way compromise the software or hardware operation of the machine.
