It will be possible to use the Div 2 sprite generator in the future? This feature was included in the DOS version of Div 2 (although it had some
bugs); but I cannot use the sprite generator when running Div2 with DosBox, and the new Div2 seems to have this feature disabled.
As you can see in the screenshots, every time I try to use the sprite generator, the system shows an error "No se pudo leer el fichero (the file could
not be readed)". There are no missing files in my folder "Genspr", I think this is produced by the DosBox emulator.

The sprite generator works in modern div but only if compiled eith the libjpeg library
If you compile div yourself you can set this in tools/linux.cmake
