Hi, I have a simple question, at some point will free the source code of DIV?

At the moment, probably not, but you never know what the future might bring!
Would you find the source useful? What would you do with it?

I personally would like to see how it is made and maybe help to develop, in general can help attract other developers to contribute to the project

Are you a C/C++ coder? I'm always looking for people to help out on the project and a few people have access to the git repo where all the magic
happens.

Not really, although I'm develop in other languages just I'm starting to learn to program in C

I'm currently in the process of converting DIV to C++, which will allow us to use some nicer libraries. A couple of things I have considered in the
past are:
Releasing the original code to DIV2 (DOS)
Releasing the code to older DIVDX builds
Making the whole project open source - and allow anybody to contribute, but have a sensible license (not GPL)
Not sure about any of those, but we have options
